Payment
All payments for travel services are paid to the suppliers directly and not to Luna Bay Travels, LLC.
Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Luna Bay Travels, LLC harmless against any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense (including attorney’s fees) incurred by or imposed upon Luna Bay Travels, LLC in connection with any claims relating to the provision of travel services.
Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations to bookings made may incur charges from suppliers. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
